New patients / review assessment

Medical conditions and some medications can affect your feet. Common foot problems cause pain and affect toenails and skin. It is advisable to get your feet assessed at an early stage rather than ignoring it because the issues can get worse. During new patient assessments and at every review, a full and updated medical history will be taken alongside a neurovascular assessment.

The comprehensive holistic assessment enables the podiatrist to develop a treatment plan which often resolves problems with regular routine treatments, but sometimes more specialist problems may require more specialised treatments or referrals.
